Ryspayev Abylay Yerkinbekuly
Ryspayev Abylay Yerkinbekuly was born on June 28, 1968, in the village of Dihanköl, Tolebi District. He graduated from the secondary school in the same village. From 1986 to 1988, he honorably served his military duty in the Soviet Army in Germany. In 1995, he graduated from the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yekaterinburg.
While studying at the university, he earned a third-degree black belt in the Eastern martial art of “karate-do.” At the same time, he worked as a senior instructor in the OMON special unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In 1996, in Atlanta, USA, he took first place at the World Police Championship in Eastern martial arts and became the champion of Russia in this sport.
From 1997 to 1998, he served as a senior operative officer in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 1998 and to the present day, he has been serving in high-ranking positions in the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the rank of colonel.
In 2012–2013, he was the commander of a military regiment of the Republican Guard. In 2013, by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Republican Guard.
He has been awarded the highest state honors, letters of gratitude, state prizes, and the Order of Glory (“Dańq”) II degree.
In his native village of Dihanköl, together with his younger brother Oserkhan, he carried out a major renovation of the central mosque, modernized it completely, and presented it as a gift to his people.
One of the outstanding sons of the Kazakh nation, an extremely kind-hearted and generous person who makes a significant contribution to the upbringing and development of the country’s youth.
